Through our two 10-week online certificate programs, you can join an international community of participants. Our approach to leadership training focuses on three dynamics:

Learn It – We offer introductory materials on a variety of leadership topics in easy to access formats, attentive to the different styles of learning.

Integrate It – We offer assessments and reflection opportunities aimed at increasing your own self-awareness of and commitment to best practices related to the competencies of the Vincentian Leadership Model and other contemporary leadership development models.

Lead It – We offer helpful methods and tools applicable to day-to-day leadership and management, and invite you to practice them within your own context, providing feedback on your experiences.

We also offer a range of webinars and workshops, or you can schedule a special training for our organization.
